Horrible Bosses - Movie or Volkswagen Jetta Ad?

If you haven't seen Horrible Bosses, hopefully you've at least seen a preview. It's about three 30-some-odd year old men who have been so badly scorned by their bosses that they pledge to do in each others' higher ups.
